Beaphar CARE+ Rabbit Junior has a high fibre content of 25% for optimal digestion. Each pellet has the same composition ("all in one"), which is important for a balanced diet as it prevents selective eating and the formation of surpluses. Specially hardened pellets promote natural tooth wear. The pellets are the perfect size for younger rabbits - this food contains ideal levels of calcium, which is important for bone and muscle growth. Vitamins A and D also contribute to healthy overall growth.
Beaphar CARE+ Junior Rabbit Food contains: - Green tea extract for immune support - Echinacea - Spirulina - Vitamin E - Yucca schidigera - Chelated minerals for better absorption and availability - FOS and MOS for maintaining healthy gut flora - Omega 3/6 fatty acids.
Feeding recommendations: most rabbits readily accept Beaphar CARE+; however, if you are switching from another feed, it is important to make the change gradually. Therefore, mix some of the old feed with Beaphar CARE+ in the first few days. Give approximately 35 g of feed per 1 kg body weight per day. Provide feed throughout the day. Fresh drinking water should always be provided and rabbits should have unrestricted access to fresh hay. When rabbits reach 10 months of age, we recommend a gradual switch to Beaphar CARE+ rabbit food. Store Beaphar CARE+ in a cool, dry place.
