The Variable Projection Tele-Extender for LX Models requires the Meade 1.25" Eyepiece Adapter for SCT and ACF models and offers different focal ratios while creating eyepiece-projection photography. This item attaches to the threading of the eyepiece holder that comes standard with the Meade LX telescopes.

The 15 to 32-millimeter eyepiece is then placed in the holder. Film-based SLR cameras require a T-mount, which must specifically be ordered depending on the brand. This tele-extender can also be used for prime focus photography without an eyepiece and weighs 5.8-ounces.
